0216-78 - City & Guilds Level 2 Award in the Safe Application of Pesticides Using Pedestrian Handheld Equipment (PA6)

This qualification replaces 0216-54 on January 16th 2026.

This is an independently assessed qualification.

NB: There are currently no approved products to assess PA6GW (unit 268).

Learners must have achieved the Principles of Safe Handling and Application of Pesticides (PA1) (or equivalent) before being assessed for this qualification.

This qualification is designed specifically for those who wish to apply pesticides using various types of handheld applicators.

To achieve this qualification, candidates must successfully achieve a one to one practical observation with oral questioning.
