We offer a wide range of qualifications that are easy to access, practically assessed and will benefit your career. They are offered in bite sized units so either industry experience or a short training course can prepare you for assessment.

As the largest provider of qualifications to the land based industries, we strive to provide the right qualification for the right situation and support you throughout the process. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries.

The City & Guilds Group is committed to improving our customers’ experience through listening to comments and feedback, and by achieving the service standards detailed below.

Customer Service
We will:
  • answer calls on average within 30 seconds. If we cannot provide an immediate resolution to your enquiry we will seek a resolution, normally within 5 working days
  • respond to emails and letters within 2 working days of receipt
  • acknowledge complaints within 2 working days. City & Guilds will also resolve your complaints, or you will receive an action plan informing you of progress, within 8 working days.  We will ask you for feedback on our customer service.
  • issue Certificates of Competence within 25 working days of receipt of the paperwork.
