This is an Independantly Assessed qualification.Type of Learner: If you use turf maintenance equipment (scarifiers, aerators, slitters etc) as part of your job, this qualification could be useful. Qualification Overview: It covers the operation of various types of turf maintenance equipment (scarifiers, aerators, slitters etc). It includes preuse checks and maintenance; identification of controls and instruments and operating the machine. Your certificate will reflect whether you use pedestrian controlled or tractor mounted turf maintenance equipment.What you need to do: Take a practical test with one to one verbal questioning.
