City & Guilds Group Bursaries

City & Guilds Group Bursaries are available to learners starting or completing a City & Guilds or ILM qualification, starting courses on or after 1st September 2017.

To qualify learners need to be able to 
- Demonstrate genuine financial need that would otherwise prevent them from completing their chosen qualification
- Be over 19 years old
- Be a UK resident.

Bursaries range from £200 to £10,000 and can cover any costs that arise as a result of the learner undertaking a City & Guilds or ILM qualification. 
This can include
- Course fees
- Travel Expenses
- Materials/ Tools/ Books
- Childcare
- *Living Costs

Learners need to initially register online (this takes around 30 seconds). Once they have registered, they then get access to the full online application.

*Please note Living Costs are rarely supported and only considered in extreme circumstances.
